Comb Sweeper Privacy Policy

Comb Sweeper ("the app") is developed by John Delano. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it's handled. The short version: Comb Sweeper does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Everything stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. Comb Sweeper doesn't ask you to create an account or sign in, and it doesn't collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. It contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking, and it doesn't send any data to the developer or to third parties.
Information stored on your device
To work properly, the app saves the following on your device only:
Settings: your chosen difficulty, sound preference, and whether you've seen the introduction
Game progress: unfinished games (so you can resume them), story campaign progress, and best times
Game history: results of games you've played, including difficulty, time, and mines found
Achievements: your progress toward the app's achievements
Tips: which in-app tips you've already seen
Pro status: whether Comb Sweeper Pro is unlocked, and how many free Hard and Hardcore games you've played today
This information never leaves your device. It isn't synced, backed up to our servers, or shared with anyone. It may be included in your device's own backups (such as iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them, which are managed by Apple under your backup settings.
Deleting your data: Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all of this information.
In-app purchases
Comb Sweeper offers an optional in-app purchase, Comb Sweeper Pro. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment information, name, or Apple Account details.
To unlock Pro, the app uses Apple's StoreKit to check, on your device, whether you have purchased Comb Sweeper Pro or originally bought the paid version of Comb Sweeper (which unlocks Pro at no charge). This check is between your device and Apple. The results are used only to unlock features and are not sent to the developer.

Children's privacy
Comb Sweeper is suitable for all ages. Because the app doesn't collect any personal information from anyone, it doesn't collect personal information from children.
Third parties
Comb Sweeper doesn't include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. Apple may collect information about your use of the App Store and your device according to your device settings and Apple's Privacy Policy; the developer doesn't control or receive this information beyond the anonymous, aggregated statistics Apple provides to all app developers.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, for example if a future version adds a feature that uses your information, the updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date before that version is released.
